Goals/Mission: Increase SC business in large and mega projects, break through significante projects in target process industries

Tasks:

-Take the leadership of action based on project plan to pursit and win mega project at SC level

-Target and named mega project, facilitate the overall strategy for approaching

-Identify mega project opportunity with IPSS Regions based on analysis

-Lead and take the whole responsibility to operate mega project with internal resources

-Deliver Siemens commitment and Siemens top management vsiting

-Set up target and strategy for implementation and achievement

-Reports of result and fulfilment monthly

Education: Bachelor or above, major in process automation or related.

Knowledge/Languages:

-5 years above of process instrumentation in HPI, Power, Cement, I&S industry

-2 years sales for large or mega project

-Understandard the process of major industries basic large or mega project management skill

-Good English in oral and writing

-very good presentation and negotiation skill

Experience:

-Result orientation and self motivation, systematic thinking and plan. Strong learning capability.

-Recognize potential risk with major business impact for Siemens, escalate identified risk to management

-Manage, analysis large and mega project potetial, systematic follow up with action plan

-Build up trust relationship internal and external. Set up virtual team to align internal resources.

-Understandard the customer's language domestic and international.
